How to Order Duplicate Tapes
The Bloomington Channel is comprised of programming from 3 Locations.
Bloomington Community Access Television (BCAT)
Bloomington City Informational Television (BCIT)
Bloomington Educational Cable Television (BEC-TV)
Since each contributes programming to the channel, the show you are looking for may come from any one of these three sources. Each location has a different policy on purchasing duplicate tapes. Currently only BEC-TV Supports online Ordering.
BEC-TV Pricing Policy
$15 for every VHS copy ( that goes for if you want 50 copies of 1 show or 1 copy each of 50 shows. They will be $15 each)
DVD copies are $25 (BEC-TV DVDs Only)
Copies (Dubs) usually take 7 to 10 days
If you need it in 24 hours, there is a $5 charge for each copy ordered (Weekdays Only). For larger orders it could take longer.

Begin by searching for the program you are looking for. If you see the program you are looking for on the Schedule page, you can click on the Title and from there, add the show to your Dub Cart. Otherwise you can try one of our search options.
If the program you are looking for happened in the last 5 months, or if you already know the Show ID number of the program you are looking for, go to the
Quick Search.
If the program is older than 5 months, or you are looking for more search options, try the Advanced Search. There you can define the dates you want to search for, as well as use other search options.
If you are looking for a recent event happening in our Bloomington Schools, try the
School Search. There you can click on the school of your choice and see a schedule of upcoming programs featuring that school, as well as finding a list of all their recent productions.
Once you find the show you are looking for, and you are interested in getting a copy of it, click on the shows individual link. Once there, click on the Add Dub button. This will take you to your Dub Cart. The Dub Cart contains all the programs you are ordering and can be changed at any time. Once you are satisfied with your order, click the Check Out button on the Dub Cart page. From there you will fill out a form with your name and address, and depending on the location it was produced at, you will have the option of printing out an order form you can mail in.
IMPORTANT - Your order will not be processed until we receive your payment and the order form.
Again, orders take about 7-10 days after receipt of payment unless rush ordered.
